When you receive the prepaid shipping envelope, return the device in it within 15 days or less. You've successfully traded in your device. Go to our Verizon Trade-in page. Select the manufacturer, model, color, size, and carrier for the device you want to trade in. Enter the verification code in the box. The trade-in value will display. The device ID will display.
Tap Appraise Device. The maximum possible value for the device you want to trade in will display in the bottom-left corner. Tap Accept And Continue. Note: If you choose not to trade in your device, you can tap Not now or close your browser window. Select one of the Trade-in Options presented or tap Data Wipe Instructions to learn how to clear your device of your personal information.
